If something seems too good to be true then it probably is. The first few clips are computer generated.
I used to work in theatre productions alot, in one play we did we had to make ceramic plates explode as if being shot by a bullet and someone's brain splatter on the wall, aswell as chairs moving and books throwing themselves off shelves.
It all looks impressive but alot of it is quite easy to re-create.

Fun to watch but fairly easy to disprove 99.9% of it. The garage parking lot looked like a shadow of someone running around with a sheet over them. LOL.
